03–05 · Reserve, review, confirm
Place a pre-order with the team to reserve your selection. Book a private one-to-one live viewing to review condition and price. Confirm the final order and arrange payment with your SHOPREAL contact.
06–07 · Authenticate and ship
LegitApp Authentication checks the physical items onsite and assesses their condition before dispatch. SHOPREAL then coordinates shipping directly to you, with authentication records and item details accompanying the inventory.
Does a reservation replace the live viewing?
No. Reserving and reviewing are separate steps. Confirm the arrangements for your selection with the team, then use the live viewing to review condition and price.
When does authentication happen?
Onsite authentication takes place after order confirmation and payment, before shipment. Read the authentication page for the review process and purchase protection information.
How long do approval and delivery take?
Timing depends on your application, inventory, and destination. Ask the team for the current estimate for your order rather than relying on a general delivery promise.
