Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ShopReal website, wholesale buyer accounts, listings, and related marketplace services. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using ShopReal, you agree to these terms.
If you use ShopReal for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in the place where you live. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and promptly notifying ShopReal if you believe your account has been used without permission.
ShopReal may limit, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, satisfy legal obligations, or maintain the integrity of the marketplace.
Listings and availability
ShopReal offers pre-owned luxury wholesale inventory sourced through its network in Japan, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. Product photographs, measurements, condition notes, pricing, ownership method, and availability are part of each listing. Normal screen differences may affect how colors appear.
A piece may become unavailable before checkout is completed. ShopReal may correct listing errors, withdraw a listing, or cancel an affected transaction and refund any amount already collected.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when ShopReal confirms it. Prices, taxes, delivery charges, currency, and any transaction-specific fees will be displayed before an order is placed.
You authorize ShopReal and its payment providers to process the amounts shown at checkout. If payment cannot be completed or an item cannot be supplied, the order may be declined or cancelled.
Authentication and buyer protection
Items carrying the LegitApp Onsite Verified mark are physically reviewed through ShopReal’s authentication workflow before release. Authentication is an expert opinion based on the item and information available at the time of review; it is not an affiliation with or endorsement by the item’s brand.
The ShopReal Authenticity Guarantee and any stated compensation are subject to the eligibility, evidence, timing, return, and claim requirements presented with that guarantee. A listing’s certificate link relates only to the individual item identified in that record.
Delivery, returns, and cancellations
Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Title, risk of loss, delivery restrictions, return eligibility, and cancellation rights may vary by destination and transaction and will be stated at checkout or in the applicable order policy.
Contact ShopReal before returning an item. Returned items must match the purchased item and remain in the condition required by the applicable return instructions.
Acceptable use
You may use ShopReal only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the marketplace, other users, or third parties.
- Do not attempt fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of listings, reviews, certificates, prices, or account records.
- Do not probe, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive material.
- Do not use ShopReal to trade counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited goods.
Intellectual property
ShopReal’s website, branding, layout, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brand names and trademarks appearing in product listings belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered.
You may use the website for authorized wholesale sourcing and business purchasing. No other license is granted unless ShopReal agrees in writing.
Service responsibility
ShopReal aims to keep the service accurate, secure, and available, but the website may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a listing, order confirmation, or ShopReal guarantee.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, ShopReal is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the transaction was made.
Changes and contact
ShopReal may update these terms as the marketplace changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be presented through the website or another appropriate notice.
